Wrong Billing

I have got a MTNL phone in my name for internet purpose last month only, i booked an unlimited plan at the time of booking, they agree to give the same, but when i received the bill they have charged me Rs. 46, 210, they have given me a limited plan, now i went to their office but didnt get any appropriate response from them, they told me to come again, should i go to my office or keep going to MTNL, its really pathetic..

Really MTNl guys r the worst Guys..
