I have MTNL IPTV and BroadBand on the line 29543445/29543446. Both are not working properly since 3 months. I have call up more then 50 times. Visited there Zonal office. Local Exchange. I works sometime in a gap of 2 or 3 days. Why should they be offering Such plans wasting govt money. If there staff is not capable of handling. There staff in exchange do not have any clue.

Line will come and ask you to check the phone. If you ask him 'Broadband is not working' he would reply. 'Your phone is working - that is what I am responsible for'. Then why they have started this Broadband / IPTV atall. I have spend more then 1000 X 6 = Rs 6000/- thinking it would one day work properly.
