MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION

I am using MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TELEPHONE Number: 26028369) with 256kbps unlimited plan and it really not working. The speed is so worse that even a web page not open. First, they said that there was a prob. with the modem, so they replaced the modem after 3 weeks, and now after replacing the modem, it still not working. I am sick and tired of launching complaints to 1504.

The service is all time worse.
