EXCESSIVE BILLING

Sir/Madam,

on my telephone number 22487461, there have been excessive internet bill i.e of Rs. 3725.53 for the month sept. whereas as per my confirmed knowledge there has not been that much use of internet for that period, even for the month of first two weeks of Oct, 08 there have been excessive mb used as shown in the history, but the fact is that during first two weeks our internet was not working at all, for which complaints were lodged with 1504 number, which reveals the fact the our internet has been misused, or there has been some error in billing. please get checked and relieve me from this unnecessary burdon of excessive bill. Thanks a lot
