MTNL Broadband
INTERNET CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING

I have to lodge a serious complaint regarding the Broadband internet connection on my phone number 25949399 at Nangloi. This phone number is working properly but the internet connection has not been working and gets disconnected immediately even if it starts sometimes.

I have been facing this problem for past four months and I have complained at various numbers such as 1504 (MTNL) and we also contacted local authority several times and they all blame other department for such problems. We had also contacted local authority’s phone number 25944080 and from there we got the contact number of Mr. Khurana working in MTNL and whose phone number is 9868258411. In spite of responding to my queries, he misbehaved and used foul language and said this kind of problem is not his responsibility.

The service of MTNL is very poor and they provided me Docket Number 41100173311008. And after 4 months of continual reminder, no action has been taken to repair the internet connection.

From my experience never depend on the Government agency.
