I have a DELHI broadband connection on Tel no 24359500, . I have been complaining for the last 4 Months that my broadband connection is not working but i do'nt see any sucess in getting it fixed.

Sometimes the ADSL light keeps blinking at time its constant but the internet does'nt work. No action is taken on repeted calls to Broadband Area manager, Jor Bagh & GM braodband.. The only action taken by the MTNL staff is to change the status of the compliant ticket to fixed (every 3 days) even when no one has visited my home to check if it is still not working.

Kindly fix this ASAP.
