Mtnl broadband connection
Speed of connection too bad

Sir,

with due respect .i want to say that i take a broadband connection plan 599 combo from mtnl.

they offered 256 kbps speed.i book the connection and got it .but after getting connection i found that

downloading speed on broadband is 25kbps .so i lodge complaints in mtnl.but after 25 days and after lodging complaint too many times now i got response from SDO that speed specified and speed provided never be the same you can understand it.

speed you can get should be 256 / 30 kbps that is around 20 kbps.so you are getting better than this.

around 25 kbps.

but this is a fraud .and i want action against this.

how can a reputed comany can do like this.

i need compensation and good service that is my demand and my right.
