Oadband internet porblem - 1 yea

My telephone number is 011-28052424 and my broadband internet is not working properly for more than a year now. I've made many complaints to MTNL but no one comes to check. One person came last week and said that it is hardware problem whereas my PC is fine. When we checked on Laptop then also same problem with internet was there. My internet works for 10 minutes and then gets disconnected automatically. Its been happening for a while now1
