MTNL Broadband service
Frequently disconnects internet

My MTNL broadband service is not satisfactory, it gets disconnect every after 5 minutes. I have lodged complaint nearly one month, continuously, but no responce from MTNL Mumbai branch. My Telephone number is 25612616 (MTNL-Mumbai)

Please suggest the proper remedi.
