Internet not yet connected

Sir,

I had applied for internet connection around last week of June and accordingly on 1st week of July telephone set and a modem was placed in the house, thereafter they asked me to upgrade the system. After upgradtion they did not come to connect the internet till date. I have also given complaint to MTNL and the complaint was Registered vide docket No 47507 on 13/15 July and by then even the telephone set became dead and complaint was lodged in 198 and complaint No given 1207. It is really pathetic that the mtnl being one of the premier organisation is not doing their job.

An early action is requested.
