Telephone not working

Dear Sir,

We have a MTNL Connection and it is not working from 27th Nov 08 Please help in this regard as it is urgent.

Most regret fully i have to say that when 2 day i called up on this no. some person name Ajay pal, the owner of STD Shop picked up the phone.

Please look in to the matter & do the needful, as i have been suffering just bcoz of negligence of your people.
