MTNL BROADBAND BILLING PROBLEM

My MTNL Telephone no is 28950623..bill no is ; 1094651011..TARIF PLAN is mtnl economy... my mtnl phone bill for the month of november 1/11-30/11 is been shown as 12, 990/-..Its complete ridiculous... this plan is complete fake and my bill is very high..the broadband usage shows 11290.34 MB... How absurd..it seem they r charging per hour pls check my problem as soon as possible.. they r charging just too high..never hve v encountered such a prblm b4..plz reply
