Internet not working

Hi my number is 011-22486670 i am getting problem as my net working some time and most of time not, even i am not able to open some of well known sites some times

i have complained number of time to costumer care but it seems that they are not interested in costumer satisfaction. More over I am waiting my internet connection but it seems that nothing going to going on right track.

It’s not only for me but for all people who are using MTNL users who don’t know how to look over the matter.

Kindly look into the situation and do the need full.
