Non acivation of Broadband

I applied for One India connection with Broadband facility. Telephone was installed with telephone No 011-26151937 and at the time of installation I was told that broadband will be activated in two days but after lapse of two weeks and speaking to customer care and SDO concerned a number of times, Broadband has not been activated till date. I request the concerned authorities to look into it.
