Broadband Usage- inserted usage on back dates

Dear Sir,

I am using MTNL broadband internet since Nov. In the month of February every time I visit their site to view usage details, it showed correct details about present day usage, however I observed a lot of usage logs (with heavy usage, say 25 or 50 MBs) inserted in back dates. That means if yesterday I had seen total use of 1400 MB till the date during February, today it would show, say, three login times with a total of say 10 MB usage during the day. But the total usage would jump to 1750 MB instead of 1410 MB. When I compared the csv files of 23 Feb and 25 Feb, I saw a large number of back date entries in the login details with heavy downloads and uploads. I wrote to helpdesk on 25th and agin on 28th Feb (last day of the month), nothing happened, rather bigger jumps in Total Usage on subsequent days followed.

I am totally frustrated as it crossed my monthly free use of 2560 MB to a hopping 4800 MB even though I used internet extra cautiously on subsequent days. Where should I complain, or should I wait till the bill come? Please help!
