Hi,
I have already log complaint (on 3rd April) and my complaint number is 7048.I am regularly following up with MTNL about my broadband not working complaint. But still i got no solution for that. Even no confirmation call till yet.
I called many times on 1504 but no luck. They simply ask me to give call to 197 and contact my area manager number. I got that and the numbers are 22376363, 22378855, 9868132526). But even no body pickups any of the phone number.
As per the confirmation which i received from 197 and 1504 that they have already left for the day and also tommrow is there off (Sunday). Please advice if this is the case why you provide mobile number to them.
Also that means customer need to wait for monday (Saturday half day/Sunday) were there off. This seems to be truly Government servant behaviour.
Also for you information
1. This is not the first time i face this problem. I regularly face this problem and as per 1504 technical persons this is the problem with the wire. But the line man come and do something from the poll and internet starts working (temperorarily) for 2-3 days. As per them they clear the carbon from the wire. I am also technical person please advice how each day from where this carbon comes.
2. unable to understand why they don't provide permanent solution for this problem.
Also please advice what we do in case on Saturday & Sundays (when the technical staff onshore is not available). This seems to be very unprofessional service from one of the biggest india's telecom service provider.
Please remember customer wants after sale service. Selling the product not makes you successfull.
In anticipation that things will improve.
