About an year ago I bought the TriBand Connection from MTNL. Initially the connection worket at the promised speed of 200Kbps. But after some months the speed dropped to mere 20Kbps.
there has been no response from the company even after frequent complaints. after every complaint the employee says that the complaint will be looked into.
but is it really looked into or is it that it just looked into and not worked upon?
Will there be any need to lodge a complaint with the Consumer court or will there be a solution without any legal action?
