Low Broadband Speed

I recently got my broadband plan changed to combo 599/- in which the downloading was promised to remain same as my earlier plan (Rs 399, 2gb, 256kbps).

Even your weblink : (http://mtnldelhi.in/broadband/triband_tariff.htm) promises the same.

Please be noted that the downloading speed has decreased considerably (Avg 10kbps), previously i used to download @ 80-100 kbps. My phone no is 011- 26496613, its in the name of Mrs Kusam Gulati, I hereby request you to look in the matter and revert at the earliest.
