Hi,
I have log many complaint's for my broadband service but still no permanent solution.
I have already intimated many times to them that my broadband connection automatically stop working
regularly. And the ADSL light status turn to OFF
As per the 1504 techical support this is a problem with a line. But the line man never take that seriously.
As per the line man they always ask your internet is working and sometime it's working at that time"ADSL Light is coming" he simply coonfirm OK and ask them to close the case.
This time when i receive call from him he simply confirm the same and after that getting the phone disconnected. I ask immediately this is the problem i am regularly facing why not you take some action. He simply reply that now he has rectify the line problem.
He is simply lying because problem is from pole to the wire which is coming in my house and he never came to my house.
Sameis the case with the area manger he is simply using govt phone for there personal use i think because he never pick up any phone. His phone numbers are 22376363, 9868132526
The field engineer name is "Jayantri Prasad". Very poor company. Truly a govt company. What i want to say that govt must sack these people. Other wise the day is not far when MTNL was taken over by some private company.
They were not doing anything but getting haft pay.
Can any body have there senior person email id's so that i can take forward this case to them.
