IPTV Not working

I have subscribed the MTNL-IOL IPTV service on my landline Telephone No. 28555835. I have lodged online complaint No. 58621 on the MTNL website on 24/4. Till date neither the MTNL nor IOL has bothered to rectify the problem. IPTV is not working, helpline 126000 is permanently engaged and therefore there is no access to the helpline number. Email sent to iptv.iol.helpdesk@mtnl.net.in is returned probably because the said mail id is withdrawn. When IPTV was working important channels were not aired.

Neither IOL nor MTNL is bothered to provide services to its customers; and they are gladly collecting monthly charges.
