Mtnl email service not working

Our mtnl eamil service . that is tsscool@bol.net.in is not working for the past one month. more than four times a complaint has been registered with there executives.there has been no response from there side. further more the executives keep giving different numbers to call on, and our very arrogant and unprofesional, even using foul language.
