Non receipt of Telephone bill

Dear Sir,

I, Om Prakash Sharma R/O B-177, Stree No. 3, Hardev Puri, Delhi-110093, Ph. 22819742 am a customer of MTNL from 1986 to 2009. There is no fault for me as paid your charge or bill before dated or due date:

1. Every bill have paid before date from 1986 to 2009.

2. Your department has not send th bill and add 10/- as penalty why?

3. Now a bill has delivered on the month of Nov Dec Rs. 349 with penalty in the month of July. But mtnl department does not tell me about it within 9 month Nov Dec. Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun July Why?

4. My record is clear from 1986 to 2009.

You are requested to please take action on this matter because there is no fault of customer.
