Complaint about low speed of internet connection

(phone no. 25997868) i am using trib combo unlimited 599 plain in which my connection speed is 256kb/s but it cant work properly everyday their is new problem in my connection speed i have complaint many time and customer care person disconnect my call. i haven't receive any response from their side.
