Internet not working

Sir,

My telephone no is 22962648 and i have been paying all my bill regularly. However my internet connection is not working for the last 15 days. I have made many complaints over the phone to 1504 and the complaint nos 41100414 and 41600639. But till date no action has been taken. unnneccery I have to bear internet bills. It seems that area manager is not paying any attention to the complains. even last time i have made Complins on 17/2/09 which was attended on 5/03/09 after 18 days, about non functionning of the internet so I request you to do the needful in this connection and deductions should be made from my bills for the days internet was not functioning.
