Noise/disturbance in the connection

I have a MTNL landline & broadband connectiion. My consumer no. is 2053019319. I have severe problem of noise/disturbance in the line/connection, due to which the broadband gets frequently disconnected. I have registered several complaints with the concerned officer at the Dwarka Exchange and central complaint cell, during the last one year. Howevrer there has been no response from the department. The problem is due to joints in the cable/wiring from the junction box to the main connector of my flat. The whole wiring has to be changed, which is approximately 40 feets. I hope the higher ups in the MTNL shall look into the matter and take appropriate steps.
