i m the customer of mtnl {ph.24523904} facing problem in internet.

i m not getting proper service from this . i had taken this connection for net use only in 23'rd nov 07 but from that day i m not getting the server & speed which they had told me {140kbps}.I m getting speed never more than 20kbps. I had complaned several times and always c.c is saying that after 24hrs, after 15days and many oter things regarding this & my complain no is

6>6877 and many more even i went in main brancd {Harinagar} and talk to senerior MR rohit & he is bahaving very roughly with me talking roughly with me.
