Problem in connecting helpline numbers

Now a days there is a serious problem with customer support lines 1503 and 9869012345

numbers are not working properly that is after connecting to customer support lines

get disconnected with in a 30 to 60 sec.

I have tried severl times i have not able to solve my problem with this numbers.

With start of 3G services users who have opted for free 3G service but dont have

3G phones their GPRS service got distrubed and they are not able to browse the net

with simple GPRS.

MTNL sent mail for free 3G service but they dont have provision for deactivate the same

on immediate basis.
