Non connectivity of broad band

Pl refer to my earlier complaints no action has taken about my broadband connection with tel no 23360042 till 24.5.08 it is pending today i contacted with Mr Agnihotri broad band inchage telno 01123746080 he replied with loud voice he has no complaints pending when i told him i am ur subscriber he has nothing to say again to talked with Mr tajender tel no 20590007

his reply is also not convencing again i contacted with 1504 reply KATAR MAI JAGA NAHI HAI
