Telephone Dead and internet not working

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a Wing Commander in the Indian Air Force. I am staying at the following address: House No. RV-72D, Air Force Station, Palam, New Delhi- 110010. My telephone no. 011-25672992 has been dead since last more than a month and broadband was not working when the phone was working. I have lodged a number of complaints but the phone has still not been repaired. Please help.
