Speed is down

My internet connection speed has become very slow form 1/december. Earlier speed is 200kB/s, now it is only 20kB/s. I have talked to customer care, e-mail and register complaint on 1504.They call me and ask "What is the problem.". When i told them that speed is not coming. He said "Bas speed ki problem haina jee aur koi problem to nahi hai na.". That is what i am doing from one month. I don't know waht else to do, what happpen suddenly to speed of mtnl. I have talked to all of my freinds, same thing has happened to all of them.
