Harrasment by their Employees & Unconcious towords customers problem

In response of the my previous mail some action has been taken place

by MTNL for my complaint. I would like to share my experience after

that complaint.

It is kind request to pay some attention in the same.

On 12 Jan I registered for the internet connection with esp return application that i dont need modem i will configuer it myself. But the Reply Of Mr. MahanChand in gulbiBagh Extention is bring your

Modem I will Check it. Before That also in Past Take my modem to thier office they were unable to configer it. Acc to them that NetGear Modem will not work. Then I will Manage my self to confier it. it is working fine.

On 14 Jan 09 when i call 23640053 Mr Mahanchand Says if u bring that modem then only i will start your modem otherwise not.

I dont know whts the reason for that i know he will be unable to configer it in past also then why should i rely on his remarks this time. and i have to take leave also from my office.

I think most of the employees in Govt Office are like Mr MahanChand who are careless abt their Customers. They think people dont take action against them.

This time this is his ast Mistake.
