MTNL Delhi
NOT RECEIVING OF BILL

Dear Sir

I am using MTNL post paid mobile [DOLPHIN] since 05th of november-08. I got new connection from sanchar hat district centre janakpuri N ew Delhi. From the purchasing date till sofar i have not rcvd any bill from their side [MTNL] all though addredd verification already done from their concerned department

when i contact customer care they reply that nither the sim is registered with your name nor the address

belongs to you. But when i get the duplicate bill from sanchar hat the name and address is correct. When i contact shanchar hat for not receiving the bill they told we are helpless in this regards.

Now what should i do pls reply.were i shuold i contact for proper reply from MTNL.
