Negligent of frequent complaints by the staff

Espected sir,

this is to inform you that the staff-members of mtnl, karawal nagar, delhi is not performing their duty properly. I have complaint (verbally) against them on 17th jan.to the D.E., yamuna vihar. But no satisfactory action has not been taken till now.

I am a user of mtnl .& there is continuous broadband problem at my home from a month. I have complained regarding this many times on 1504 & these are my complaints no.

now i would like to say that if this problem persists, i will not pay the bill of jan. month unless i have to knock the doors of consumer court and as an aware citizen of this large democratic nation i know my rights very well.
