Broadband Service is unserviceable since last 45 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a Broadband connection of MTNL. Since last 45 days Internet is Unserviceable. I had made repeated complaint at 1504 and received docket no for no of times. But no one has turned up to rectify the connection. Even I had e-mailed twice at feedback.delhi@bol.net.in but in vein.

In view of above you are requested to suggest me the way out.
