Very poor connectivity

My ADS L is not working since 30th Jun till date. I have complain in customer care of mtnl by call on 1500, My complain no. is 41100437 this is already register on 30th June and second complain is 46494 on 2nd July. after that i am contact on this no. 9868133676 to area manager but i can not get any response to mtnl staff and i am losing my work in last 5 days.

I am at Madanpur Khadar Near sarita vihar NEW DELHI..!

All my bills are paid.
