Suffering from low internet speed MTNL Delhi Broadband

Respected Sir/Madam,

I regret to say that after my constant complaints to MTNL, with

Complaint no. 63300279 (March and 04-june) and 9485 (May

2010), there has been

no response at all.

I called to 1504 they said you can talk to broadband area manager by taking his number from enquiry no. 197. The Broadband General Manger Mr. Manhotra (23328823) is not answering any calls.

My plan is TriB Combo Unlimited, i am getting a speed of 256 kbps

instead of 512 kbps.

Kindly resolve my complaint.
