Money not refunding

I have a A/c in SBI at Jhariya (Dhanbad, Jharkhand),

my a/c no is 30171856609.On 19/08/08 i am withdrawing money from SBI ATM,

and amount of Rs 8500/- was gone back to the ATM. Since than i have submitted Three Complaint to SBI but still i dont get the money.please see through it. And also i want to file a case against it.

please tell the process.
