Internet connection slow and keeps on disconnecting

I am using MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TELEPHONE Number: 29534396) with 256kbps unlimited plan and the speed for first 2 months was around 150kbps and now it doesnot cross more than 25 kbps and also the connection keeps on disconnecting and since last two days i am trying to download a 10 MB file and failed so many times.

The service is all time worse.
