Excess Billing

My land line number is 26863717 with MTNL Delhi.

Every month, I am billed Rs.250/- on account of landline rental and Rs.300/- as other debits for using the broadband and another Rs.68/- as service tax on this amount of Rs.(250 300).

I have never exceeded my free calls quota and the free download quota of 2500 MB.

Despite the fact that Braodband usage during the month of January is only 1250MB, MTNL has billed me Rs.883/- as other debits for using the broadband plus service tax of Rs.136/- on this amount of Rs.(250 883).

Can you help me in reversing the excess billing of Rs.583/- on account of other debits and another Rs.68/- on account of access service tax.
