EXCESSIVE BILLING WITHOUT USE

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your attention towards my bill of Rs 2800 (approx) for the No.9868319468 that i have recieved for the Month of Oct-08, which relative to my usage is excessive and unacceptable.

If you will go throgh my previos bill payment, my maximum usages costed me max of 1800/-Rs. But this amount of Rs 2800/-is Excessive.

For your information since past 6 months i was using Dolphin No for secondary purposes since i started using other Airtel Number as primary one which i use Max due to the Reason that you must be aware of (Bad Signal Strength of dolphins.).

Kindly Do needfull after Investigating the Matter otherwise Bills will keep on coming.
