with reference to my earlier mail correspondece enclosed, the postion both of my mobiles are same i e 9868240097 and 9868146697. default caller tune is still ringing from mobile to mobile. i dont when i will get service, pl note with this mtnl has debited service charge for this purpose but i have not yet received service. Sir pl order the mtnl dolphine service to call me from mobile to mobile accutality will come out. till date i have not received any correspondece from mtnl dolphin

THANK you for your hard copy reply and immediate action on this matter, i am giving you another performance report of mtnl, i lodged a complaint for caller tune which is not functioning properly (9868240097 9868146697), on eqnquiry (19.2.2009) from 1503 they told that my complaint has been resolved, it is surprising how mtnl has erased my complaints without resolving the same, Sir i want to lodge this matter through RTI pl guide me accordingly as well as if you please send the matter again to concerned department. The postion of my internet service as usual (23360042).
