Unable to complete service under AMC Through Diebold

V Have lodged a complaint vide no 12851 through Diebold for AC of my ATM cabin in jul09 of ur company however the person from ur company have attended the problem and infrom us the fault that supplying cable is to be changed and promised us to get it repaired within 3 days but the problem remains unsolved even after 10 days have been passed due to which my ATM misbehaves and lot of customers are deprived of ATM services
