Network coverage

I have been using MTNL Dolphin service since 6 yrs now, wel i appreciate the services have improved over a period of time but at a slower pace-indeed its a part of GOVT undertaking... Delhi Cantt. area has poor network coverage nd its been 3 yrs ive been complaining for this, Gurgaon DLF building do not have access to Dolphin network, MTNL Dolphin is expanding in its VAS services like 3g nd all, but not improving primary/ basic network coverage, I guess MTNL DOLPHIN SUBSCRIBERS SHOULD AWAIT FOR NUMBER PORTABILITY...
