Bills not recieved since last five months

Dear Sir,

i am subscriber of mtnl dolphin postpaid connection with number 9868919445.I have not been getting bills since Feb. I have been paying my dues regulerly after getting it confirmed by sms only. Earlier i used to download bill fron mtnl site from internet but now even this has been stopped from being uploaded.

Sir, my office has started refusing disbursement of my mobile bill due to non attachment of bill. Please help i am losing my money,
