Easy Recharge Problem

We all know that MTNL is in New Delhi and the network changes to BSNL whenever we are in roaming. Now the problem is that the MTNL coupons are not available for easy recharge outside Delhi. All coupons are of BSNL.We have to recharge our cell from Delhi only. This creates a lot of problem. Please do something to avoid this problem so that we can recharge our MTNL network cell phones even outside Delhi.
