MTNL, DOLPHIN DELHI
NOT RECEIVING OF BILL

Dear Sir

I am using MTNL post paid mobile [DOLPHIN] since april. I got new connection from sanchar hat Dabri New Delhi. From the many years till i have not recieved any bill from their side [MTNL] all though addredd verification already done from their concerned department

when i contact customer care they forward my complaint but no action will be taken in this regard.some times they should disconnect my phon without any notice because of not paying of bill but what should i do when i don't have any information about my bill.

Now what should i do pls reply.were i shuold i contact for proper reply from MTNL.
