Unneccessary deactivation of phone calls

I am MTNL-dolphine New Delhi prepaid mobile customer for since last six years. I have life time validity sim card up to 11-09. I have recharged with top-up of Rs. 255/- on 09-05 at 21:17 pm. Presently I have approximately balance of Rs. 214/- in my prepaid number. My number is 9868323424. This number has been temporarily suspended from yesterday morning i.e. on 12-05-09. I have made many phone calls to customer care (300-0-1) but yet my number has not activated for incoming and outgoing calls due to which I have been suffering from my contacts with others.

MTNL peoples just playing with customers and getting troubles to others, event they never follow the complaints.

They have to be get improved and reactivate my number again.
