Even though after same management for mtnl and mtnl garuda (cdma) there is a vast difference in services between the two. there is no one to attend garuda's complaint regarding internet service or billing services.

after several complaints in writting there neither any response nor any improvement from their side.

almost 20-25 days in a month the server is low.it shows a max speed of 230.4kbps but has never gone above 10-20kbps (even less than mtnl dial-up connection).
