Mtnl / garuda FWP
Battery for FWP instrument Pantech HTP-801 not available

Dear Sirs,

I have Garuda FWP connection (022-22934143). For last 15-20 days it is not working since it's battery is down. The battery for this instrument is neither available in open market nor with MTNL.I visited Panvel telephone exchange several times but they have failed to provide me battery for the said instrument. Everytime I visit the exchange I am told the battery would be available within next 2 days.

I hope somebody will help me out.
