MTNL/IPTV
IPTV not started on my shifted numbe

I am a customer of MTNL. I have shifted my residence recently.

I was having the telephone no 26255181 at House No 290, Road No 3, Andrews Ganj, New Delhi 110049. I was getting basic phone, internet and IPTV services on the existing no. While shifting my phone went to the local area office's Sanchar Haat and gave application for shiting my phone and the services on it. They provided me the OB no 6327 dated 12th January. All the services on the above mentioned number was discontinued from 18th January.

I have shifted my house to 126F, Sector 4, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi 110017. The new telephone number is 29564730 which was installed on 21st January. MTNL has also started the basic phone and internet service on the new number. But the service of IPTV has not started on my new number.

I have called several times to different authorities of MTNL and the customer care of IPTV but didn't get the facility of IPTV yet.
